We work with Cleveland Clinic London and HCA Healthcare UK’s network of hospitals — two of the most prestigious private hospital groups in the world.
Our 11 partner private hospitals — and their many outpatient clinics — provide the latest treatments, technology and specialist staff to support the delivery of complex and evidence-based care.
Unlike most private facilities, our hospitals provide: Level 3 intensive care units (multiple organ support), 24/7 admissions and the most advanced rehabilitation facilities.
These hospitals continuously invest in research and technology. That’s how proven and safe, cutting-edge treatments can take place — in the hands of the consultants developing them. By specialty, alongside today’s leaders in medicine are teams of specialist nurses, perfusionists, therapists and theatre staff, supporting each patient’s recovery.
Partner hospitals operate on a multidisciplinary team (MDT) basis. Each patient’s treatment is debated and agreed by all consultants and allied clinicians in single specialty meetings — including surgeons, physicians, nurse specialists, radiologists, pathologists, and more.
These hospitals operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Patients can access their care from anywhere in the world, whether by medical repatriation from abroad or, admission via the hospitals’ Acute Assessment Units — potentially removing the need to attend A&E for stable patients.
Stay informed about the latest medical advances, treatments and technology leading to better health outcomes.
Having worked in private hospitals, health insurance and medical concierge services for 15 years we have a carefully curated list of Consultants who are at the cutting edge of treatment across the majority of medical specialties.
Typically we give three Consultants’ names for patients to choose from. For each, we’ll provide a rationale and summary of their practice, their sub-specialties, expertise, training and achievements. For rarer conditions, we use our network of Consultants and hospital executives to find the perfect specialist.
Of course, timings vary but sometimes same day appointments are possible. We have close relationships with our hospital partners and many Consultants, so we can often expedite a patient’s healthcare journey. This includes fast-tracked appointments or asking for additional clinics to be held by doctors. We can arrange for video consultations if travel is required but health precludes it at the time.
The UK has an image exchange portal (IEP) which allows scans to be uploaded and securely exported from one NHS or private hospital to another. This includes image transfers from the Channel Islands. International image transfers beyond the UK can also be arranged.
There is no cost to the patient for using our service. We are paid a small commission by our partner hospitals. We are fortunate to work with the best hospitals in the UK.
Our partner hospitals are based in London, Birmingham, and Manchester. They are at the forefront of healthcare providing: the very latest treatments, diagnostic and surgical technology, and multidisciplinary care to optimise health outcomes - including level 3 intensive care units.
Whilst unlikely, should a treatment not be available in these hospitals, we always put the patient’s needs first and will source the right Consultant elsewhere. Importantly, our clients (patients) have access to hospitals in London, Manchester and Birmingham, where our knowledge base of treatments and Consultants is.
Many of our hospitals offer immediate assessment and care 24/7 for stable patients with acute conditions. Whether patients are transferring from another hospital or seeking urgent treatment, we can facilitate quick, smooth transitions for your care - from anywhere in the UK or for medical evacuation by air from abroad.
